Pine Grove Ham Radio and Computer SIG

PGHRCS meets the second Saturday of each month at 7pm
at the designated members home, church or firehouse as
published in the SIG's newsletter. There are no
dues or fees associated with PGHRCS. Just interesting
and dedicated people looking for a Kiosk to share
information, get tech help or assistance, and enjoy the
comaderie that Ham Radio and Personal Computers
inspire. The PGHRCS is a freeform group totally
sponsored by member donations of time and or radio
sets, parts, computer items, books, etc that are
raffled at each meeting. All proceeds are used solely
for SIG amenities, coffee, donuts etc. All PGHRCS
moderators are volunteer positions with no term

Ozone Amateur Radio Club
QST - de W5SLA
Our Club is located on the corner of 4th and Cousin
streets in Slidell, LA. The club is south of the new
court house in Slidell. Meetings are held on the 1st
and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. The Ozone
Club owns and maintains a two-meter repeater 147.27
mhz. Pl 114.8. This repeater covers St. Tammany Parish
and several other parishes as well. There is a two
meter net which meets every Friday at 7:30 p.m. and it
is a directed net. The Ozone Club also sponsor's 2
other nets, the Alligator net found on 3.925 LSB and
our ten meter net found on 28.420 USB. The Alligator
net begins at 7:00 p.m. and the ten meter net begins at
8:00 p.m. Our hobby has been one of community service,
such as providing communications after a major weather

Pearl River County Amature Radio Club

PRCARC meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7
p.m. at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in
Poplarville. EOC is located on Highway 26, about one
mile outside town (between Poplarville and the
Interstate). Highway 26 is the road that leads to the
north exit. We also hold a breakfast at 8 a.m. on the
third Saturday of each month at the same location. Let
me extend an invitation to attend! We have moved our
repeater to a location where we get excellent 2-meter
coverage of the south end of the county. The repeater
is at 145.210 (negative offset) and a tone of 136.5
Mhz.
