WAV_REC EXPLAINED:

This project was to teach myself the Windows MCI audio 
protocol. This utility is simplicity itself and the GUI
layout is rather self explanatory.

This utility will record a mono 8 bit wave with an 
11 khz sampling rate.  Likewise it will playback any 
wave including those it records.

A 1 second timer in the status bar will indicate
the amount of time you have been recording. File
size will grow at the rate of 11k per second.
